The incoming shift starts current, not from memory.

Friday, 10 p.m. The outgoing lead runs into his night-shift counterpart in the locker-room hallway: ninety seconds for a client instruction changed at 5 p.m., a pallet jack broken down in aisle 12, three temps gone early.
