The right procedure,
on every pallet.

Multiple clients, temp-worker rushes, round-the-clock shifts: an outdated procedure, a forgotten handover. You pay for it by the pallet. Roomee puts the right instruction at the right station, and keeps the proof it was read. That's it.

From the dock to the last aisle.
Everyone opens it on arrival. And that's it.

1,200 team members open Roomee before 9 a.m. to read the briefs and plan their day.

Client A in the morning, Client B in the afternoon. One wrong standard, and back the pallet goes.

Your managers spend 40 minutes a day on average chasing, repeating, asking again — because they never know who's actually seen it.

2 p.m. We switch to Client B.

Different labeling, order-based palletizing, photo checks. Client B's procedure is buried in one folder out of twelve. Even the team lead loses track the moment a client comes in. And a Client A parcel ships out packed the Client B way.

Rejected at receiving 48 hours later. The procedure existed. Nobody knew which one applied.

Two clients' procedures mixed up. A parcel refused, because nobody knew which one applied.

In the warehouse, every morning starts over from zero.

Here's your week: information lives between WhatsApp, posted paper notices, and a personal Drive. And every morning, it all has to be done again.

  • Temp workers every morning, zero context.

Two, three new arrivals take their station: no flows, no safety instructions, no emergency procedures. The paper briefing? Forgotten in ten minutes.

  • The posted safety instructions date back to the last audit.

PPE sheets, handling techniques, pedestrian-forklift traffic: laminated paper, never revisited after the audit. And no way to know who's read which version.

  • A parcel defect flagged ten times, consolidated zero times.

The incident goes out on WhatsApp, copied into a text, scribbled on paper. A pattern or a one-off? Impossible to say. No proof for the insurer.

  • The manager spends the whole morning chasing, searching, starting over.

Twenty-three messages since yesterday. Three versions of the picking list on a personal Drive. Five minutes just to find the right contact.

  • Instructions in French. A team that doesn't all read French.

Part of the team struggles to read French. Manual translation? Days behind, never up to date after a change. And the safety risk climbing.

  • Email? Not made for hands on a pallet jack.

Emails unreadable on mobile, everyone gets everything, nobody confirms anything. And the feeling of being forgotten ends up driving people away.

Every client, its own procedure.

On a multi-client site, the question is no longer “where is the right version.” It's “which one, for which client, on my pallet, right now.” Twelve folders, as many standards, doubt with every order.

Roomee. One space per client, Drives you can name (“SOP Client A,” “Spec Client B”). Noah, the AI built into Roomee, finds the right procedure and cites the document. The right standard, the right client, up to date. Without mixing up accounts.

The rush no longer overwhelms onboarding.

Black Friday, sales season: temp staff climbs to 30–50% of the headcount, for weeks on end. An onboarding path built for two new hires a week. And suddenly ten on Monday morning.

Roomee. One onboarding space per station, joined the moment you badge in: safety, zones, handling, contacts, job aids. Noah translates the instructions on demand, in 10 languages. The site absorbs the wave. Without breaking safety, without breaking the pace.

The night shift starts without waiting on anyone.

On round-the-clock shifts, the outgoing team is already gone by the time the incoming one arrives. No overlap: whatever isn't written down becomes invisible. And by morning, two pallets on the wrong dock.

Roomee. The handover is written in the Feed and the shift log: client instruction, equipment down, today's headcount. The incoming team opens it at the start of their shift. Even when the two teams never cross paths. Nothing gets lost.

Frequently asked questions — Warehouses

  • Q1. How do you prevent mix-ups between clients in the same warehouse?

Yes, it's possible. Each client has its own space and its own Drives you can name (“SOP Client A”). Noah finds the right procedure for the right client and cites the document. The right standard, up to date, without mixing up accounts.

  • Q2. How do you train a temp worker fast in a warehouse?

One onboarding space per station. Safety, zones, handling, contacts, job aids. Joined the moment they badge in. No room to book, no trainer tied up. Noah translates the instructions on demand, in 10 languages.

  • Q3. What goes in a shift handover log in logistics?

Changed client instructions, equipment down, headcount to adjust, safety points. In Roomee, the handover is written in the Feed and the shift log. The incoming team reads it at the start of their shift. With proof of reading. Nothing left to word of mouth, nothing forgotten.

  • Q4. Do you need a work email address?

No. Sign in by email or phone number, no MDM, personal phones welcome. No access to the rest of the device.

  • Q5. Does Roomee replace our WMS?

No. The WMS runs the flows and the stock. Roomee carries everything human around it: procedures, onboarding, handovers, contacts. Not a replacement. A complement.

  • Q6. How much does it cost, and do we own our data?

Pricing is per location, not per user: the Essential, Pro or Premium tier follows team size (up to 30, 60 or 120 team members), with custom plans beyond that. Pricing also depends on the number of locations, and we price it to your scope — a quote within 24 to 48 hours. With two or more locations, the Group plan takes 20% off per location depending on its size, with multi-location features included. Essential has no commitment; Pro and Premium on 12-month terms, with 2 months free on annual billing. Your data stays yours: hosted in Europe (Frankfurt), designed to support GDPR compliance, full export.
