  • Q3. What happens to the history when an employee leaves?

    It stays with the company. The account is deactivated in one click, with no residual access. The conversations stay for whoever takes over the role — a genuinely clean exit, impossible on a personal WhatsApp group.

  • Q4. Can notifications be turned off outside of work?

    Yes. Notifications can be segmented and turned off at night, on weekends, and during time off — which helps support the right to disconnect, where WhatsApp pushes work messages to personal phones at all hours.
