Stay in control of every location.

Between head office and the frontline, your instructions get diluted, onboarding gets improvised, the real information ends up on WhatsApp. Roomee gives HR one single channel — published once, applied everywhere, that each location makes its own.

You communicate. But who's receiving it?

Email — nobody opens it. WhatsApp — nobody controls it. And you never know who got the message.

One message, sent at 9:30 a.m.

Your staff memo goes out at 9:30 a.m. Open rate: 12%. You put it down to disengagement. The truth: half the teams are on shift at that hour — and the real instructions circulate across forty WhatsApp groups that no one, at head office, controls.

The result: two-speed information between the office and the frontline. Outside GDPR. No trace. And it's HR that carries the risk.

An HR memo barely opened on one side, unmanaged WhatsApp groups on the other.

One group, ten locations, ten ways of doing things.

What HR carries as long as internal communication lives on personal WhatsApp accounts.

  • Every departure costs. And wipes everything.

Hospitality turnover drives up the cost of every hire. The history? It walks out with the personal phone of whoever leaves. And you train all over again. Again.

  • The “professional” WhatsApp is a gray area.

Your instructions, your data: on personal accounts the company doesn't control. An inspection lands? Nothing's in order.

  • No channel reaches everyone.

A large share of teams have no work email. Announcements scatter. No one knows whether the message got through. And engagement drops off.

  • An instruction in French only, and part of the team is lost.

Many teams are multilingual and seasonal. The same note in French for everyone? A risk to understanding. And to fairness.

  • Follow up, follow up, follow up. That's the manager's day.

Hunting for a procedure, tracking down a contact, repeating the same thing. Time lost, mental load — and mounting workplace stress.

  • Every location onboards its own way.

Onboarding gets improvised, location by location. From one location to the next, several days' gap before a new hire is up to speed.

Information published once. Read everywhere, the same.

Today, your instructions get lost: an email no one opens, forty WhatsApp threads no one controls. Head office speaks, the frontline doesn't hear. Or hears too late.

Roomee. One official channel: HR briefs published once, read at the start of every shift at every location, with read receipts. Hosted in Europe (Frankfurt), encrypted (TLS / AES-256), designed to support GDPR compliance. No more instructions on personal accounts. And when a team doesn't speak French, Noah, the AI built into Roomee, translates the message into their language, on their request (10 languages).

The same welcome everywhere. Without one-size-fits-all.

A new hire arrives. No one has the time. Depending on the location: a solid path, or a patch job. And it's in those first weeks that their desire to stay is decided.

Roomee. Each director opens the newcomer a space ready from the first shift: job aids, service procedures, first briefs, org chart. A shared foundation for the group, that each location adapts. Onboarding no longer depends on who had five minutes that day.

Space ready for day one

A relay in every location. Never a bottleneck.

Your HR policy often stops at the frontline manager. Overloaded, never equipped: nothing filters down, and your decisions stay a dead letter.

Roomee. Each location has its space, its roles visible in the org chart, its leads identified: you know who owns what. The manager no longer has to relay everything by hand. Information flows by default. They stop being the necessary go-between. And you keep a group-wide view of what actually reaches the teams.

Frequently asked questions — HR

  • Q1. How do you reach teams with no office and no work email?

Through a dedicated mobile app: sign in with a personal email or phone number, no work address and no MDM. Briefs are read at the start of the shift, with read receipts per location. From head office to every team, one structured channel. In place of the forty WhatsApp groups.

  • Q2. What are the risks of making WhatsApp your internal channel?

WhatsApp mixes work and personal, logs no instructions, keeps your data on personal accounts. Outside GDPR. Roomee is a company channel hosted in Europe (Frankfurt), encrypted (TLS / AES-256). The instructions stay with you. And when someone leaves, access is revoked in one click.

  • Q3. Can you guarantee the same welcome across every location?

Yes. You define a shared foundation — job aids, service procedures, first briefs, org chart — that each director adapts to their location. The same welcome from one location to the next, without blind standardization. And never again at the mercy of whichever manager happens to be free that day.

  • Q4. Does Roomee replace our HRIS?

No. Roomee is the teams' communication and work space — not an HRIS. It sits alongside your payroll, your time and attendance, your recruiting. HR/payroll/scheduling connectors (Lucca, Payfit, Combo, Skello). Read-only API on the Pro tier; full API and export on the Group tier.

  • Q5. Is it billed per employee?

No. Pricing is per location, not per user: the Essential, Pro or Premium tier follows team size (up to 30, 60 or 120 team members), with custom plans beyond that. One more seasonal hire changes nothing on the bill. We price it to your scope — a quote within 24 to 48 hours. With two or more locations, the Group plan takes 20% off per location depending on its size, with multi-location features included. Essential with no commitment; Pro and Premium on 12-month terms, with 2 months free on annual billing. Your data is yours, full export: no lock-in.

  • Q6. Where is the HR data hosted?

In Europe (Frankfurt), encrypted (TLS / AES-256), designed to support GDPR compliance, subprocessors covered by a DPA. For inference, Noah runs on Claude (Anthropic, US cloud), separate from where your data is hosted — and your content trains no model. When someone leaves? Access is revoked in one click.
