The handover no longer stops at the time clock.
2:08 p.m.: the handover gets cut short to “clock out on time.” The shift instruction opened the day before never gets mentioned, the verbal handoff slips between two tasks, and the next team leaves without the context. The enemy is the logbook and “I thought you'd told them.”
Roomee. End-of-shift instructions go into the team Feed and stay after the shift walks out: time-stamped, readable, with who's read them. The incoming shift sees what's changed since they were last on. And you follow up only with those who haven't read it. Not everyone “just in case.”
