What is F&B in hospitality?
F&B (Food & Beverage) covers all the catering and beverage-service activities of a hotel establishment: restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and events.
A service in its own right, F&B combines kitchen, dining room, and stores, with its own standards of hygiene, quality, and margin. In a hotel, it is one of the main sources of revenue and one of the biggest employers of frontline teams.
