What is a logistics platform?
A logistics warehouse is a building meant to receive, store, prepare, and ship goods. A logistics platform additionally organizes the flow and cross-docking of goods between suppliers and delivery points.
These sites often run extended hours (two- or three-shift teams) and concentrate many frontline jobs — forklift operators, pickers, dock agents. Their performance rests on coordinating the teams and on the smooth flow of information between posts.
