What is store network management?
A store network is a set of points of sale operated under a single brand (company-owned or franchised). Network management is the function that coordinates these points of sale to enforce standards and the commercial strategy.
The network manager relays commercial campaigns, new offerings, and good practices between headquarters and the stores, and passes the reality of the field back up. Like any multi-location organization, the network struggles with consistency and information loss.
