What is workplace messaging?
Workplace messaging is an internal communication tool that lets employees exchange messages, one-to-one or in groups, instantly and traceably, within a framework controlled by the employer.
It differs from personal messaging apps (like WhatsApp) in its control of data, its access management, and its separation of work from private life. For frontline teams, the challenge is to offer an alternative just as simple, but compliant and manageable.
